About
Hi, I’m Simon Timm.
I became a therapist after a long path that included depression, deep personal searching, and years immersed in meditation and spiritual practice. Long before entering the clinical world, I spent decades coaching people through change, habits, and personal growth.
Over time, I saw that lasting transformation often requires more than motivation or insight. It requires space to explore emotional patterns, relationships, and the inner life with care and structure.
Today, my work integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and emotional awareness. Clients can expect sessions that feel grounded, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful progress.

My Clinical Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, increasing emotional flexibility, and building tools you can use in real situations.
I draw from approaches such as CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Mindfulness and meditation are offered as supports, not requirements, and are always grounded in clinical care.
I’m a Good Fit If You:
Are struggling with anxiety, low mood, or relationship challenges
Want therapy that is structured but not rigid
Value mindfulness without wanting anything abstract or impractical
Are seeking change that shows up in daily life
I May Not Be the Right Fit If:
Are looking for quick advice without reflection
Prefer a purely directive or prescriptive approach
Are not open to emotional or relational exploration
